Default How Long

Does anyone know how long it takes to get an ozzie passport and can you fast track them> My daughter is in Oz hopefully coming back for xmas and Im stuck in UK so trying to get it sorted for her . Can she get it done within a month or so, shes hopefully coming back 21 st December/

Yup, has she had one before? It is done through an interview at the post office where they can also take her photos. It only takes a couple of weeks but it really is something she has to do for herself - getting pics signed etc.

Hi Kath.
We are getting our passports soon. You have to go to the post office and have an interview like Quoll said.
So Laura will have to do that herself. Tell her to fill a passport form in that she can get at the post office, someone she knows will have to sign her photo and fill in a section on the forms too.
Then she has to go for the interview and they will send off her documents (and payment).
They told me 2-4 weeks for a passport.

Jus in case it's an issue, you can pay for expidited processing (2 days) for an extra cost.
