So since Monday we've had 13 viewings and we have 2 more today plus the open house. My realtor has told everyone that we are not looking at offers until Monday. So hopefully after today I can start leaving dirty dishes in the sink again.

Well after all the viewings it seems we don't have a single offer

Good news we have an offer It's less than we had hoped but not so bad. The buyers have until next Wednesday to sort out their mortgage and a building inspection.

My sisters house (back in Northern ireland) went up for sale a few weeks ago and she hasn't had a single viewing
she's already thinking about lowering the price.
