How sad to be here on Xmas day but just wanted to tell you all we accepted an offer on our house yesterday...Xmas eve, fairly happy with what we got and with the current exchange rate we could clean up.

Thanks all for your kind replies. It feels great to move into the final phase of our life here. With all going to plan we should be on British soil sometime in March so hopefully the coldest part of the year will be over and we can look forward to Spring and Summer.
