Default The Euros

So what's everyone's bet on the Euros this summer? I've got Germany to win and Gomez top goalscorer 14/1 with paddy power.

Did you break any laws putting on that bet?

Hate to be pessimistic but I suspect England will struggle to get out of their group - France, who are in form at the moment; Sweden, who tend to be a bogey team for us and the hosts. Hope Ireland does well but again, tough group with Italy and Spain in there.

I still think England will get out of their group but don't expect them to get further than the quarters. I think Ireland have a good shout at going through, especially with all the stuff happening in Italy, seems ot have affected their morale. Although Croatia look pretty good too.

Yeah, I think England might as well cancel their hotel reservations if they don't get a result against the French....other wise we have a fair chance of getting knocked out in the next round....

Spain has to be in with another shout, but I'd like to see the Dutch do well.

There's a few who could win it alright. Shame England's not one of them. Saying that I think not having the usual British media circus of being favourites will help them

I'm hoping it means we have a chance. Pleased Lampard is out. Means we may well have a formation that works in the midfield. Lampard and Gerrard together just doesn't work but no England manager seems capable of not picking them both. Be interesting to see who is paired upfront in the opener. I think it's 50/50 between Rooney/Carroll and Rooney/Defoe. Would prefer it to be Carroll to be honest. Think Welbeck will get subbed in if we need an injection of pace upfront.

I'd completely forgotten about that! Hmmm, that changes things slightly.

I heard they picked up a camper van at the airport.

Carroll will play up front on his own against the French. Apparently Defoe's going to miss that game cause of his dad's death. That means their only two striker available will be Welbeck and Carroll. Hmmmm.

Aw cr@p

A bunch of overpaid, prissy knob heads with an awful lot of hair product, over-acting the whole "my leg is broken I am going to die" shite and/or beating up on non-whites for a 'giggle' - thank **** I am not in Europe and having my TV viewing ****ed over by that shite.

On the down side I am in the US having my TV viewing experience ****ed up by truly awful ads...

...maybe I'll watching the sodding footie after all...

I'll vote for Panama...
