That's right... that's what it was called, driving transcript. As a post note, if a state doesn't have this sort of agreement with Ontario (not sure about other provinces), they don't notify the state of the exchange, apparently. I know this because when we returned to get our state license again, the state had us on file as if we never left and issued new ones as lost licenses (no test or exchange required).

Also apologies to OP, but some interesting side notes on licenses and exchanges.
