I am considering moving back to the UK for a while with my Australian partner as he has never had the opportunity to live overseas. We are considering Edinburgh. I am going to be bringing my 2 little chihuahuas. How likely am I to find dog friendly accommodation there?

I think Pet Friendly Rentals only deals with England. I could find none in the whole of Scotland.

Hmm this is true--I just tried to find long-term rentals in Scotland and the Pet Friendly main site unfortunately has none. They do have 2 pages of Scotland holiday rentals (i.e. short term rentals) that welcome pets, but--oddly--none of those are very close to Edinburgh.

However, you could try the Facebook link I posted above, Tracey. You can post specifics of your own query for a pet-friendly rental on that site if you're a Facebook member, and someone may reply.
