Question from 7 yr old....
Will US bought Gamecube games work on a new UK one?
Alternatively, has anyone had any success bringing over their US gamecube system? I realise we would need to take our US TV and get a transformer, but that seems a bit too much effort!
Thanks
Housey

I found a link for you to look at.... Basically it is a gadget that allows the games to be played... But there is a catch so read the whole thing OK....

Hope this helps 7 yr old to climb down from the ceiling....

Thanks, that sounds perfect! Not to mention the fact that I'll save a fortune...
Apart from figuring out our kiddie technology, I'm up to my eyes in getting-ready to-leave stuff. Flights booked, shipping sorted, car shipping sorted, schools informed, selling stuuf, buying more stuff.... you know what I mean! The 15 mo old only naps for a short time and then destroys whatever else has been organised... I need my mum!

Ah yes I remember it well!!!!!
The twins were 2yrs old when we moved from UK to USA.....
I had no help as hubby was at work all day while I made our 2 bed house into 14 suitcases!!!!! LOL. Most of the packing was done in October, so the other two ages 4 and 6 were at school part of the day thank god!
ANSWER= I just muddled through and drank loads of tea and coffee, Oh and smokelike a chimney sad to say.... while the twins had a great time. :scared:
I did work out that letting them play with a few things I wasn't really worried about, but pretending it was important worked really well....
Other than that, my sympathies are with you. You WILL look back on this and have a few laughs and a few tears later though.
Best of all if he/she does something really funny or horrific you can remind him/her when she is older.... tee hee... sometimes stories are better than the bath pics for embarrasement ammunition.... LOL
