Consent to Move Children
Hey everyone! I am "definitely" (barring anything out of my control) moving back to the UK next June! My ex-husband has granted permission for me to move our children to England. One will be 18 (so I probably don't need permission for him) and the other will be 16. Since he and I have agreed on this, do I still need a court order or will a notarized letter of consent be enough? If so, is there a template as to what the letter should look like and contain?

Should talk to a lawyer on family affairs as they are highly complex.
