Has anyone here had experience of checking in their pets at Cargo Airport Services at Mississauga for a UK-bound flight? My two cats will be heading back to the UK from Toronto in early January and I'd be grateful if anyone has any useful info, gotchas, etc. to share.

My only experience was taking receipt of these cats on their inbound flight and I was pretty underwhelmed with the way they just were just dumped in the cargo warehouse. Looking around the staff there I couldn't imagine anyone had ever received any training in animal welfare.
