Thats sad.
Wonder what they meant by neither of the people involved were visitors....? Sounds like maybe the drivers son...?

I don't remember there being steamrollers to ride on so possibly something like that, yes. First weekend of the school holidays so I suppose there would have been more of the vehicles out and more helpers.
