Was anyone else apprehensive/conflicted about moving back?
As I've mentioned elsewhere we're planning to head back to the UK after 10 years in Australia but can't do it for around 12 months (probably) due to covid.
Its been Covid that's made us miss our family and friends and realise how important this is.
But, with a lot of time to think, its made me consider the trade-offs, it will be a big move as we also have a dog to transport, so can't just ping-pong, or at least this would be a big hassle.
Looking to hear from anyone who's made the move and where you apprehensive beforehand, how did it work out?

I think most people are to some extent. I know my wife was probably more than me, but, four years down the line she is very happy we did. We were in Australia from 2008 to 2016

We were a little apprehensive initially about leaving our 2 children behind in Texas and California but are so pleased now that we made the move back 4 years ago.
