hmm See dear dont you about this country there are alots of big fishes sitting and operating to fraud other countries ok... most of the top wat will happend they will put some international banks thats it and you will not be able to open accounts there. So its better to open your account in a Local bank, like National Bank of Dubai, Emirates bank international Ras Al Khama bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial bank, Commercial Bank Dubai etc etc.

Dont you worry about it ok.. as Dubai govt is only cares for themselves they dont bother about others.
