Hi,
we are a family of British expats, with children in primary school age. Currently in Bahrain.
My husband got offered a job in Yanbu, attractive in salary and work experience.
However we have a lot of reservations about the quality of the schools there primarily and then about the quality of life.
Comments welcome about schooling for young children and number of british/western expatriates in that corner of Saudi.

The best part about Yanbu is that wherever you end up in the world afterwards like some one horse god forsaken town in the backside of the Ozzie bush; you can always look back and say this shithole is a 1000 times better than Yanbu.
You will most certainly hate the miserable existence of time you spend there but life will always be better come what may afterwards
