I can't see it happening either but it is annoying, all we want is a years lease and then we will pay the rent, end off, just another thing to sort out and I havent even started on the car yet

Ages 0-11 are the best ages - believe me. After that it is

all the way until 60 I think

(then it doesn't matter - you would've most likely copped it by then, if not earlier lol) ...

I totally agree.. 0-11. The 11-16 was the worst in certain ways.. but I worry about them more now at 18 and 19.. they just KNOW everything.

Im sure youll be ok. the new owners will have to honour leases otherwise building owners would just transfer ownership every year to get around the rent increase laws.

Sorry to hear this but I would think you will be okay. It is very annoying to have this stress every year.

What's wrong with the car ... or should I really not ask
