Question is urdu an advantage in construction?

hi i have heard that if you speak URDU fluently as a second language to english then this can be a very good advantage when applying for a job in construction. is this true?

a lot but by no means all labourers will be Urdu speakers so of course it will be another string to your bow.

It won't help though unless you have the level of experience they are looking for.

Its always an advantage to be able to communicate in different languages. And URDU is the second language in Dubai for instance. I guess it depends on where in the ME you are. My URDU would be somewhat useless a place like MORROCCO for instance.
