I have read within these forums that they may be monitored so I will have to be vague, but does anyone have experience of the civil courts/small claims procedures in Abu Dhabi?

I am considering taking a large commercial organisation to court to recover some witheld money - I know what I would do in the UK but have absolutely no idea how to get advice here.

Can anyone offer any insight - happy to discuss in detail via e-mail.

Anything involving Courts in the ME will be very lengthy, frustrating and costly. Speak to the Commercial section of your Embassy as they should be able to tell you about the process.
