hello, need some help so thinking of moving to UAE and i was just wondering when i open an saving account there and i receive an international payment IBAN with dolllars will the bank automatically covert it to dirham? can i have them in dollars/ withdraw from atm

Your circumstances are not really clear from your post but if you are only 'thinking' of moving you might find you are unable to open a bank account. Perhaps expand a little more ?

I do not believe you could withdraw US$ from an ATM in UAE any more than you could do so in UK.

If i get a payment from. Friend through bank transfer in euros ,can I have them in euros without converting them

What visa are you coming on, and what employer?

You can't just get on a plane and move there without a visa.
