10 years from now... (apols to W10) I'd like to have built a really cool as eco-friendly resort that I actually owned the freehold on that was on / overlooked the most amazing sea view in a country that welcomed and accepted this venture and provided a nice amount of sun.... with a decent and steadly flow of reasonable and decent folk that like to have a laugh but were respectful at the same time...

10 years from now...
