Tax issue
Very sorry for two new threads in one evening...
A friend came here from UK in Nov 2006. Was UK resident many years and working PAYE prior to coming and then gave up UK job. Started working and resident here in UAE and paid by AD employer thereafter (includes all 2007/8 tax year). Didn't work out so is now is going back to UK April 10th so just over a tax year away. No intention of moving from UK again. Will any tax be due for period here?
