apparently there will be, but the DCC Annual AGM is this Tuesday night so I would imagine we will know more by then. Apparently they have been offered land near that new mall on the Al Ain Road but nothing has been confirmed. It will be sad to see it close down it holds some great memories for me

They have to be *registered* every year, yes, it's the testing I'm not sure about. New cars don't have to be tested when they're re-registered for the first time, but I can't remember if they have to be tested from the 2nd re-registration or the 3rd.
