Spice advice!
#1
OK, this may sound really odd but I have to ask. Does anyone know of a spice/herb/food that could possibly keep you awake at night? Every time I cook a curry - Indian or Thai - I have the worst nights sleep ever, lying there all night trying to convince myself that I am asleep!
HORRIBLE! I know the jokes will probably come flying now but any knowledge would be greatly appreciated - I love my curries but love my sleep more!

Surely the sleepiness of the Vodka cancels the alertness of the red bull out?
But darlings, you should be enjoying Pink Champagne!

There is nothing in Curry that keeps you awake all night
is it always the same type of curry you have that causes this problem? Do you always go to the same place? Keep a curry diary to pinpoint the culprit

Lavender is supposed to be good for helping you get to sleep. However, in a curry... not sure about that
