Hi all, it's a little under 2 weeks till i move and i'm now organising shipping all my gear. I've been told by the agents that shipping bikes is very difficult, of which i have 4.

Apparently they have to be power washed and completely spotless including having NO oil on the chains! If customs spot any dirt etc they could turn the whole shipment back.

Does anyone have any experience with this or are my agents over reacting?
