Saudi Woman's point of view.

Re: Saudi Woman's point of view.
any and every couple have a risk of problems with their progeny, this risk increases significantly with consanguinity and rises further with every further generation which then practices incest.
taking recessive genes and making them dominant via continuous interbreeding is a recipe for prize winning camels and extremely ****ed up humans

Aye..
Worked with a guy a few years back who was from a wee village halfway between teh Rub Al Khali and Mecca. He was telling me how excited he was at getting married and, as the conversation progressed, I quickly realised that the entire village was an extended family, with no relationships allowed outwith the village..
Mind you, the mono-brow should have told me right away he was from a rapidly reducing gene-puddle....

Re: Saudi Woman's point of view.
Glad to know someone actually liked Riyadh .
Kingdom compound, I heard they caught 3 Saudi girls there a few weeks ago. The security guards called mutawas and they were waiting for them outside! I don't know if it's true but that's what I heard.
I've always thought that compounds are 100% safe! I still think that mutawas can't get in!

Seems its getting very complicated , means its not a Mutawas who caught them ... usually in cases like this its from the security team , specially if they are Arabs ... probably they felt so jealous!! or sometimes those visitors they misbehave with security or residents in compound.
Last week I was in Riyadh , I was surprise from the lifestyle I found at all the malls and Tahlya street , specially from Saudi girls … they were very confidant moving with makeup, sunglasses, open Abaya & not covering their faces ! Not like what it used to be before!!! … back those days , Muttawa were really everywhere and girls were scared like hell to do such way… so I don't think its right to blame Muttawa these days cause they have limited authority which is not like before. This is the situation in public areas now, what about Compounds ! I guess those girls if that story in true were misbehaving for sure & they deserve what they got. Believe if this happens in our compound I would give them 2 options : To leave the compound in peace and never come back , or by force using strong authorities.

Beating !!! I didn't say this at all , I meant any person male or female either saudi, arabs or even westerns who enter a private residential compound , should well behave & respect other people privacies and their living life style. If you are a residents , I don't think you would be happy to see someone missing around and disturbing your privacy!

I understand your viewpoint , and your Arabian jealousy,, but let me remind you sir that visiting friends at their places in any compound doses not necessarily mean that they make sex or misbehave at all,,, It is just friendship, socialising with other people of different cultures is a great thing and one would learn alot..
Though i never visit any compound , i fully understand that freedom in the SAUDI is only there ,,,for westerners not for Arabs whatsoever. apart from being local or not..
Thank you again

Hi SaudiGirl and Sarah111
Good for you both for choosing what bf you want and not what your father tells you. BUT please be very careful, secrets never stay secret. Don't tell any of your girlfriends about your bf.
btw - No-one has a right to look down on anyone else for any reason.
Most brits are easy going about mixed race couples, it is the non brits that don't like it. I'm a christian married to a hindu for 34 years now with a son 32 and daughter 31 and his family are all very nice and friendly but we still get funny looks from people we don't even know when we are out shopping / restaurant etc and the stares are from the ethnic people not the whites and we live in the UK.
This happened recently in Dubai to a british couple:

Dear Sarra , am not against visiting friends or hanging out with them at their places or even public areas at a compound ! don't misunderstand me ! people who are living in a compound will know exactly what i was trying to explain anyway ....
simply : visitors should follow the compound Rules & Regulations ..... This is usually will be implemented for all visitors nationalities " not only arabs" and its written at most of the contracts of the residents that its their responsibilities to explain those regulations to their visitors and guests.
Thank you
