Default Salary Question

Afternoon all...I have a business importing furniture from europe for the hospitality market.
I currently employ 4 staff and want to step back from the business a bit and recruit a GM to handle the day to day running of the business.
I have a Brit in mind and he has a wife and small baby.
Question is, what would be a reasonable salary to offer? He is based here so there would be no relocation fee.
I thought about 30k ish all in...Is this too little?

I wonder if he is searching google/BE for 'expat salary importing furniture Dubai'

Offer him what you think he is worth... or maybe just a bit less. Have you asked him?

Default Re: Salary Question

He has asked for an all inclusive offer.
Reading most salary releated threads on here and knowing the general cost of living, I thought that seemed reasonable.
He comes from the same industry, well regarded and would also have a sales development role.
