When I joined SABB about 2 months, got my bank card on opening the account, ATM and credit cards followed shortly.

Was able to access SABBNET the same night. Have found them to be good and always willing to help.

I banked with SABB for years and I must say they have one of the best services in the Kingdom. Better than Riyadh Bank for sure.

I have accounts with both Samba and SABB. They are both quite crap, but I only use them to receive my salary which is then immediately transferred out of the country..

Ditto. Way better than Bank Saudi Hollander too. Their corporate banking side is good too, as a company we have switched over to them within the last year.

All banks in KSA have strict rules in respect of Igamas/residency/anti money laudering/ terrorism etc.

Paperworks not in order? Your account will be frozen. Bear that in mind.
Probably not ideal to maintain large sums KSA side.
