Riyadh compound waiting list times
Anyone have any current up to date information on the waiting list for compounds in Riyadh, or know of any with out waiting list?
Any information is greatly appreciated.

My experience is that waiting lists are a farce no one ever finds accommodation by sitting on a waiting list. When I got an apartment in a compound it took 20 minutes to find my application in 10 files of applicants. I was neither at the top nor bottom of the several hundred people on the waiting list.

It has been said many times and god knows i have said it enough on here.
It you have all your papers and a nice wad of cash and are willing to drive around and knock on some doors it will happen.
If you just sit there and telephone round and hope with your fingers crossed then inshallah it may happen.

COMPOUND AVAILABLE FOR LETTING
It took me four months to get a villa depsite going round to meet managers etc.
HOWEVER...
I am leaving Saudi at the end of June but still have 5 months of tenancy left on my villa which I paid for upfront.
That being the case I am sub-letting my villa for 5 months from July1 to November 31st.
Details as follows:
Location: Al Waha Garden Village (near Eid Compound and Granada Mall)
Tenancy: 5 months from July to November
Rate: 6000 SAR per month (30,000 SAR total) payable on handover
Type: Single bedroom villa
If anyone is interested then drop me a line.
First come, first serve basis.

Please remember that SOME Compound managers, NOT ALL do require you to have your iquama etc before they will let you take yup a place in there compound
