Default resident estate agent

I normally don't follow the accommodation threads on here, sorry... but i know we have a couple of inhouse agents, no?

A 'friend' is looking at buying a 2-bed apt, Marina or inland, but not knowing where buying is allowed and where not, i can't really help him just yet. Anyone do me a favour and point me to an old thread where it's discussed?

AIUI Springs, Meadows etc is not for sale, is that correct?

TIA!

Springs & Meadows are villas, not apartments.
