Renewing Emirates ID
I recently renewed my Emirates ID and wanted to share the process for anyone who might be thinking of doing the same.
I was expecting hassle and irritation, and was surprised how wrong I was.
Anyway... for anyone who's discouraged, go ahead. It's easy.
- Visited this web site
- Went to the typing centre in Mazaya Centre
- Presented my passport and expired Emirates ID
- Filled their form
- Paid AED 370 (AED 100 for each year of my visa + AD 70 service fee)
- A few days later I returned and picked up my passport
- A week later Aramex called me, then delivered my new Emirates ID to my office
