Default Relocating to Riyadh wid family- 1 month temporary accomodation recommendations

Hi All,

I am moving to Riyadh next week and my company has given me a budget of 30-40k SAR for 1 month accommodation. I am bringing my family (2 young kids) so I want to stay somewhere where my family can have a good experience. My preference was Hilton Residences and apartment but they are ridiculously expensive, 48k SAR (excluding Taxes) without breakfast for a 1 bedroom apartment, I haven't seen such prices for similar 1 bedroom apartment anywhere in ME!

I am finding few options on Airbnb but I am not sure what are would be best where it is nicely built area with nice malls and restaurants with a good vibe. Any suggestions? I am finding 1-2 bedroom apartments in Damac tower and Rafal tower for slightly more cost but need your valuable inputs.

Thanks!

Hello,
Out of curiosity as I am in similar situation, how are you moving together with the family? As I understood you need to apply for their visa once you have got your iqama after arrival in KSA.
Will your family go back and then re-enter KSA?

Hey Mettallicaf,

Yes thats correct, they have entered on visit visa and will exit and re-enter once family visa is issued. Didnt want to leave kids alone during summer time so they tagged along, still looking for a good location though where family can enjoy..
