Hi all, got an offer from QP and told they have salary brackets per grade. I'll be a direct hire for QP but fall under the 3 year contract rather than indefinite employee as my base salary is higher than the salary bracket.

Was wondering if there is known what the salary brackets are?
Is it better to be a contractor or indefinite staff in QP?

I'll be grade 16, the 19 looks more appealing as then classify for business class flights. Many QP folks on here?

You’ll get considerably more as a contractor at QP, anywhere between £400-800 per day. But with less job security and treated like a second class citizen by QP staff. Take your pick…
