Hi Everyone,

I have a question for some of the members that are working or worked for Qatar Petroleum/Energy.

What does Career development look like? Do they offer opportunities for employees to self develop? courses, certifications, masters studies?

Training courses for QP expats (both agency and direct hire staff) are almost 100% internal and usually take place at the QP training suites located inside the Marriott next to City Center mall. Only a 5 minute walk from the QNT building in West Bay. Don’t think QP provide overseas further studies for expats like they do for locals.
