Don't wave your arms around too much you'll end up like a windmill!!
Have a look at CNN news they are much more profess than sky news (who are crap especially that weather man ...boring ...or maybe a reference how not to be...he drones and talks too slow) It will just give you an idea of the pace for which you need to speak.
Deep breaths and you will be fine. Its much easier than you think once you are up there. Relax and have a good time!
....Dare I mention the imagine them all naked bit people suggest in films or will that put you off ...whoops! too late!

Again, I concur with the previous people.
Just one other tip.
Practice, know your subject, and the most worrying thing is about the questions, if you don't know, say something on the lines of, leave me your details I'll get back to you.
Then DO get back to them.
Never bullshit.
