You'll get a biometric pasport automatically and you put in your UAE address as that is where you are currently living.

British consulate is by the creek, not far from the Rulers Court.

It takes a few days (tell them it's urgent as you are travelling shortly) so go as soon as you can.

Down by the Creek, Bur Dubai side - I think it's Al Reef street (well something like that) - Register at the gate, leave your phone(s) there and through you go. Take a book to read while you wait.

I would say the address where you are at when applying. UK address.

TBH you could end up moving around UAE addresses within few years.

I have been o/seas 8 years. My passport address is my UK address.

Can one really call a place where one is staying **subject to satisfying residence conditions** a permanent home?.
Think both 'current' and 'permanent' addys should be requested.......
I am a sad person tho

I would have thought that if you wish to renew your passport in the UK then you would need a UK address but if you are renewing it at an overseas embassy then its pretty obvious you live in that country???? I definately used our uae address when I did mine last

tons of parking MM, its really easy. You just get a ticket and wait your turn, then they check it, give you a slip for collection and go back two weeks later
