F1 at Silverstone has been cleared for a full capacity crowd, 140,000 I believe. Maybe some good news for travel later today?

Malta vs Holiday Inn. Not an easy choice. 😂

Looking likely to be a get together with some family from the UK in the South of France instead of anything else.

Might go back to the UK after that and do the isolating and work from there for a few weeks but we'll see.

For the time being, back to reading threads on Facebook from ****wits over here.

Can’t believe Hancock has been getting it on without a mask.

Malta have updated their rules by the way - since going green. Not sure what they are or how they affect you but worth a check. I skimmed but didn't look too onerous.

He's ditched the cabinet to go on Love Island.

I think it's meant to be a nice place, lots of history for sure.
I think it's very small though, always seemed popular with some old retirees though, but isn't it the place that basically sells passports to Russians?

What if you split time, maybe some in Malta, some elsewhere in Europe?

the problem with a split is it would likely have to be somewhere amber …. if that’s the case I might as well go somewhere decent that’s amber to start with.

We're now looking at Malta as an option as UK family can get there to see us as well.

I honestly think it'll go amber before we travel though, so tempted to **** them all off and go somewhere else we don't have to worry about them joining us.

Gibraltar is GREEN and only a 7 hour drive from Madrid according to google alternative rent the Audi S line and do it in 4. You need to fill out a track and trace form for Spain put you address down as the Boarder crossing. You have to fill out another track and trace form for Gib. and take a rapid test and get the results in under an hour. If you have time between the bars and casinos the authorities will vaccinate you with Pfizer or with AZ if you can demonstrate a medic need only (they don't accept the fact that you have had the first shot of AZ as a medical need). If you do need AZ there are three flights a day to Gatwick you can just book a jab on the NHS application.

12 days in a village next to Spain that's full of monkeys? I don't get the appeal unless you are that desperate to get back to the UK of course.

Haha. Ten years ago it was like Grimsby in the middle of a heat wave. Not anymore the Nave have moved out leaving them lots of new space they have built two marinas and are working on a third. The high rise are going up and this will be a strange concept for you people are actually living in them. The development is like the middle east before 2009. The place is awash with online gambling money. Its got a way to go before it looks like Hong kong but that's the way its going. The only thing missing is the Chinese who are making the bets on line thus not taking up valuable marina space.
