hey guys.. just a bit gobsmaked when i heared that a new law in Qatar to be introduced by the traffic deprtment banning expatriate women to drive:confused: ...

No chance. The city is far too spread out for the Metro to be of much use to expats. You still have to get too and from the metro stations, probably by car, unlike in HK or Singapore where you can walk to stations quite easily.

Cannot imagine taking the MTR to work, getting off at the station and then walking in the blazing sun/heat for 10-15 minutes to get to work. |
