I've heard the two departments don't really talk to each other and also there is more availability at the moment as more properties are become vacant and news ones are being built and finished.

Any Idea which department to talk to for the housing?

Looking at the NEOM job and new hires threads, it seems like timelines were all over the place the last few years so was curious to see what it has been like since 2024.

Not worth as Neom is currently restructuring and the company will have totally different shape. Pressure from PIF is huge. If you want to save your mental health, be away from Neom.

Because NEOM does not hire anymore. Everybody is dismissed.
