I had a similar situation (although my pay was coming directly to me from the companies)….I submitted my various pay slips to my on-boarder and explained the situation. They were able to work with that. Keep in mind, like anything at NEOM, your results could be different. Also, there is no guarantee about what percentage your salary uplift will be. There are a lot of factors that go into the base salary you are offered. The total salary is made up of 4 parts: Base, Accommodation, Transportation and Mobile Allowance. The accommodation and transportation amounts are a set percentage of your base (I don’t recall it exactly) and the mobile allowance is based on your position (employee, manager, director, etc.). Any bonus and your retirement savings is calculated only against the base portion. Also, have everything in order when you send it and include the details in an email. Don’t put it in the on-boarder to figure it out for you. They are super busy and dealing with different situations all the time.

Sorry @killerabc, I can't write private messages, just let you know I did a few calls with my headhunter at the end of August, then an interview last September 4th but I havent heard anything back...this is quite frustrating, I dont know if all the process are the same slow speed than mine but honestly after 2 months this is a lot.

I was looking also the career opportunities in their website but my position is not there, I think manager positions are restricted to headhunters...

after your interview did they provide you a link to apply for the job through the portal? from my experience
interviews-> Apply for job -> send documents through (degrees, pre med check etc) -> Then you go Under offer and wait for a formal written offer. Although it seems that it takes some time to get a formal written offer (I have been waiting for months).

Hi all,

I have recently completed two interviews with NEOM. Both were very positive with the invite for the second interview coming quickly after the first interview.

During the second interview the department director noted that HR can be slow so it might take a few weeks to hear back. It has now been 4 weeks. Is this is line with the normal timelines or could this be a sign of being unsuccessful?

Seems to be a drawn out process in general from what I understand. Did they give you a link to formally apply for the job? From there they should request more details about you (Passport, Photos of your education certificates, pre-medical questionnaire)
