Does anyone know of any decent maid/cleaning companies, especially one that will come to Deira? Our lovely cleaner has gone home for two months and I am looking for someone for a few hours twice a week for cleaning & ironing.

I have one that comes around 3 times a week.
She is really really good.

She hasnt been disrespectful once by looking me in the eyes or talking to me, and has not tried to eat the cat or the terrapins.

If she continues like this i will up her salary to 50dhs a month!

We have been paying our regular lady Dhs 500 a month, but she comes once a week for 3 hours, sometimes more.

they aren't here yet, 20 dhs an hour, the supervisor speaks good english, let's see how it turns out later!! miss armani has just poured a dish of popcorn all over the floor and the cats have managed to drag bits of it into every room. I am just going to leave it !!!

That kinda takes the pee a bit. Seriously, it reminds me of the lady in the Lakes getting the maid to clean the dog poo off her shoes. These are human beings too and it is a shame that they are not given the respect that they deserve.
