I've been back and checked, and I *have* answered every question you asked me:D The only ones I ignored were the irrelevant crap that diablo was coming out with.

That's what I don't get about you, EB. You're absolutely convinced that there won't be any kind of property correction here, and yet you refuse to explain why you think that. I think there's going to be a correction, and I go into detail about why. You do everything possible to avoid going into any detail. Why is that? Is it because really, you're just trusting to luck rather than looking at the situation rationally and analytically? Or do you realise deep down that the numbers just don't add up, and have gone into a kind of denial about it?

Show me where I said I said there was not going to be a change in prices. All I am saying is that I do not believe the doom and gloom apocalyptic scenario that you subscribe to.

You've been asked multiple times to give your reasons for believing what you believe, and you've always avoided doing so. Why is that? What are you scared of?

Be honest, you *are* just basically crossing your fingers, aren't you? ;)

No it isn't. Your posts say nothing. The fact that the closest thing you've got to an argument is the old "jealousy" chestnut is something of an indictment.

That's great. But Im not going to launch into the same roundabout arguments again, theres 20+ pages of that in the apocalypse thread. Come to me with something new and then I'll discuss. Otherwise, I'm happy with buying and I assume your happy renting.

But you've never launched into an argument in the first place... that's the whole point. You don't have an argument, other than "you're just jealous". We've tried to engage you in debate, and you've always avoided going into any kind of detail about why you think what you think.

That's why I called you "one of the most vague and evasive people here" on the other thread
