KSA to be net oil importer by 2030

New analysis by Citigroup. Probably rubbish as all based on current trends but amazing stat that they use 2/3rds of their domestic oil use for a/c

the locals will have to replace those Lincoln Town Car / Crowne Victoria asphalt-barges with Skoda Citigos...nah can't see that
