In all seriousness though if Dubai wants international tourism akin to Disney they are going to have to look at all their social behaviour rules and regulations because all these arrests for hand gestures and holding hands aren't doing the place any favours as a tourist hub - I got friends who now refuse to visit because the UAE tops the list of places you're likely to get arrested in as a Brit abroad (admittedly my friends deserve incarceration - anyone who would be nice to someone like me is probably not all there ).
