Gotta disagree, i think this place is really health concious. I like the way that most restaurants have just tiny little areas in the worst areas for the dirge of society that are smokers.....

Well as you're a sailor I'm not surprised you've not been there mate, it's land locked.

Beyond that i don't know exactly - at a guess i think it's between Kazakh and China.
