Info on Al Ain?
Hi guys!
Husband brought up the idea of our family living in Al Ain instead of Abu Dhabi city. It is a logical and just idea for more reasons than I care to go into here, but I am having a difficult time finding any useful information on the city. I am interested in info. on primary schools, real estate options there, "mom's groups", work out facilities, would LOVE to have the web site for Hili fun city (internet search turned up nothing for me), drive times to beach, Abu Dhabi City and Dubai....etc... Any information is appreciated at this point.

Sorry, can't help out but whenever I get to visit Al Ain, I love it. Locals seem very nice too. My husband has some contacts he made in the UK. I wouldn't mind living somewhere with a slower pace.

as for beaches, Al Ain is land locked....

Was thinking drive times to ANY beach...Abd Dhabi beaches, Dubai beaches.....It looks like there could be a fair amount of private beaches along the gulf........................
With a little drive, seems as if you head North and you're going to hit a beach......how long of a drive might that be? Feeling a bit .....rude at the moment - it is WAY past my bed time......
