Anybody know what's happening with index tower in DIFC?
they are offering 10% off if we pay the outstanding amount, even before delivery...

offer them 25% less and see what they say, as the others have said, would suspect they are out of cash so they may take what they can get.

I asked a friend of a friend, waiting for a reply...
UP are one of the better run companies, but it sounds like they are either running out of money or have had a few people walking away.
They are pretty far down the line so i imagine it will still get finished regardless.
