Hi all
We're coming over to Abu Dhabi in March for a few days. Can anyone recommend a hotel to stay in?
Thanks

How long is your piece of string? I suggest you search on Booking.com and Trip Advisor first and then ask us if your choices are suitable.

I have been looking but the choice is vast! I have narrowed it down to the Hilton, Intercon, Jumeirah, Radisson, Khalidiya Palace or Le Royal Meridien. I have been to the Hilton & Intercon years ago - sadly Emirates Palace is a bit out of our price range before anyone suggests that!! Beach & Pool is quite important.
Thanks

Take a look also at Traders Hotel - has beach, pools and play-area for children (assuming, from your name, you have them). Also, they have interconnecting rooms if you want to park your children next door. Was quite good value a few years ago, but have not checked recently.

Just ignore Mentalist darling.. he is a miserable, tight bugger.. his recommendation would be for the cheapest hotel there is.. he has short arms and long pockets. :-)
I don't know what your budget is, but have a look at the Jumeirah Etihat hotel.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will have a look. Corniche area is my preferred location.

I would suggest The Hilton. It has a good choice of places to eat, a good beach club, friendly staff, close to Marina Mall, taxis are always outside so no need to wait.
The beach club does get crowded at weekends so if your coming for a few days try and book a mid week stay.
If your not going fully inclusive being so close to Marina Mall is excellent as you will find all kinds of cheap places to eat there.

For once Mentalist was spot on - a very vague OP question without details of budget etc offered nothing useful to those of us happy to answer such questions.......
