Default HELP ON KSA / RIYADH CONTRACT

Hi All,
I'm negotiating Terms for a Senior Management role based in Riyadh, moving from London.
There's a few areas I'm unsure of, and appreciate feedback, please.
  1. HR tell me it's Saudi law to offer 30 days notice period on 12 months contract. No more, no less.
    1. On the renewed contract (Year2), either party provides 60 days notice
  2. 25% of salary offered as housing allowance, paid after 12 months. It can be paid monthly but reduced to 22%.
    1. The Company reserves the right to house me/family, but no details defined -- I see risk that the Company controls where my family is housed.
  3. Transportation allowance of 500 SR monthly. Company car will be considered in the future, but no definition.
    1. Should transport allowance be a % of basic salary?
  4. Holidays haven't been defined as in addition to national holidays -- should they be?
  5. Medical Insurance cover mentioned, but no premium defined
  6. No definition of commission, bonus, incentives or rewards
  7. No child education allowance -- I don't have kids but expecting in 2023. What's the minimum I should insist upon?

Thank-you for your support.
