Hi everybody,

I m currently in Dubai, looking for an apartment. I have visited many apartments but at the end it was all of bad quality ie finishing. I contacted a lot of real estate brokers and i search everyday the gulf news classifieds for new apartments but nothing. My budget is between 70-85 k a year, for a studio or one bedroom. The main locations that i m interested in are barsha, greens, Dubai marina. I wanted to know if there s something else i can do. I heard festival city is good but haven t seen it yet maybe soon.
Any suggestions?

75-80k should def get him a studio in any of those areas!

105 for a 1 bed in Al Barsha. Never seen Studios advertised in the Tecom bit though

greens studios are usually advertises at around 75k

Ah thanks i have seen till now on this budget, but i was thinking that their might be other ways to find new apartments on the market

there are usually studios available on there!
