Hello, we live in the UK and I am keen to move to the UAE or Qatar etc to teach (fully qualified) and sponsor my children and husband (he wouldn’t work). My question is, would my husbands spent assault conviction be checked and prevent him from getting a sponsored family residence visa? Many thanks.
