Gas man in The Springs?

Gas man in The Springs?
Hope someone can help...
We have recently moved to Springs and need the contact details of a gas man. More specifically, one that will refill the white bottles that you get from ACE. We bought one when we arrived here, and have been going to the gas plant at JA whenever we needed a refill.
Does anyone know of a company that will collect and refill these bottles? Or do we need to continue to go to JA to wait for a gas truck, to give them the bottle to refill and collect from them there? Surely there is a more simple way???
Also, I need a bottle for the house - what's the deal with these? Do you buy a bottle, or do you have some deposit against the bottle? If so, how much are these?
