The Gardens and cost of living in Dubai
Hi all
Does anyone live in or have good knowledge of The Gardens? I have got a job offer which includes a one bedroom apartment in The Gardens. what is it like to live there? it seems that it is quite some distance from the main part of Dubai, so is it self sufficient? ie can you do your normal shopping and leisure activities there?
Also, my offer is approximately 12000dhs. Is that a good wage in Dubai?
All help appreciated as i need to make a decision soon!

It's not a wind-up. Turns out we've both been offered identical jobs/packages!!
